Thus, in order to run behind the success, organization managers should never deny their business ethics and values. Maintaining diversity management at the workplace is one of the most valuable ethics that most of the business organization tends to follow. Sometimes, it has been observed that people of different cultures and attitudes cannot adjust with each other at the workplace (Piff et al., 2012). Linguistic barriers, psychological barriers, cultural barriers make a hindrance for maintaining an effective communication with the employees. People of every culture and religious background should get equal priority and response from the organization.
